We want to make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision about building a home with us. Do you allow extensive customization?
Building a home offers the unique opportunity to reflect your personal style. However, budget is still an important factor in how much customization you can do; some builders may not be able accommodate extensive modifications or upgrades unless you are willing to make adjustments accordingly. Knowing that it's ultimately up to them whether small changes such as floor plan designs and finishes will fit within the overall project cost keeps everyone on track for success!
Am I allowed to upgrade your model home?
Model homes can seem like a dream come true, with their picture-perfect interiors and well-crafted features. However, it is important to ask questions regarding the house's upgrades before committing; builders may show off idealized versions of their model homes that include costly appliances or lighting fixtures without your knowledge. Verify what exactly comes included in the package so you don't end up over budget!
How long does it take to build a home?
Building a new home is an exciting yet time-consuming endeavor. With so many factors at play - from weather conditions to materials and working with contractors – understanding when your dream home will be complete can seem daunting. Working closely with a reliable builder provides you the opportunity of gaining insight into estimated timelines for foundation work, framing, painting and more; enabling you as the homeowner to make well informed decisions regarding progress schedules along the way!
Do you provide warranties like most Florida home builders?
When selecting a builder, confidence in their workmanship and warranties should be paramount. Make sure to assess all available options when making an informed decision - don't forget to negotiate! A good warranty will protect key systems such as plumbing, electrical, or HVAC for up two years. Should you choose to cancel the services due any unforeseen changes or unhappiness with results of the project discussed, clarify specific details on cancellation policies beforehand so both parties are aware of expectations clearly laid out before commencing works.
